4 sesame seeded Milk buns halved
4 v2burger patties
4 slices of American Hi melt cheddar cheese
8 leafs of green oak lettuce to serve
2 medium ripe truss tomatoes sliced to serve
1 large red onion sliced into rings to serve
1/3 cup of aioli
1/3 cup of tomato ketchup
1/4 cup of American mustard
8 slices of Mc’clures sweet and spicy pickles
3 tbsp olive oil
salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Preheat Bbq plate on medium-high. Use half the olive oil and spread over surface of the bbq plate and cook pattie’s for 2-3 minutes on each side make sure surface of the pattie’s have a nicely caramelised crust lightly seasoned with salt and freshly cracked pepper. Just before pattie’s are done put a slice of American cheddar cheese on top of each pattie and take it off when melted set aside and keep warm.

With remaining olive oil spread over surface of the Bbq and place the milk buns cut side down and toast for 1 minute or until golden, as desired.

To serve, spread the top and bottom halves of the toasted milk buns with the aioli. Top with 2 leaf of the green oak lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion rings, v2burger pattie and dollop with tomato ketchup, American mustard and 2 pickle slices. Cover with the milk bun tops.
