We’ve designed v2 to look, cook and taste like meat. If you can cook mince meat, you can cook with v2. To get the best out of your v2, follow our simple cooking tips below.

3 STEPS TO SUCCESS

STEP 1

Preheat your oil and cooking surface to medium high before adding v2. Whether you’re using a wok, a frying pan or a BBQ, having your cooking surface hot will help you get that delicious crispy crust.

STEP 2

Cook your v2 until browned on the outside - about 5-8 minutes for v2mince, or 4 minutes per side for v2burger patties

Serve and enjoy! v2 is best enjoyed piping hot with your favourite sides and condiments.
